- To maintain integrated QMS ISO 9001:2015 and EMS ISO 14001:2015 System through the ALLPI Mid-Term Reviewed Strategic Plan 2016–2025 interventions under Strategic Objective 1 (Activities 1.2, 1.6, 1.10, 1.11) and Strategic Objective 5 (Activity 5.1).
- To promote the importance of quality and cleaner production throughout the leather value chain, at the ALLPI Annual Regional Consultative Forum and on demand, as an integrated approach (See ALLPI Mid-Term Reviewed Strategic Plan 2016–2025 interventions under Strategic Objective 1 (Activity 1.2), Strategic Objective 5 (Activity 5.2), Strategic Objective 6 (Activities 6.3 and 6.4)
- To develop internal review system on complaints for service delivery to ALLPI Member States covering the period 2022 (see the ALLPI Mid-Term Reviewed Strategic Plan 2016–2025 interventions under Strategic Objective 1 (Activities 1.2 and 1.6)).
- To continue building the capacity of the employees based on learned experience, through training at least once per year and on demand, regarding Quality and Environmental Management and on other trainings identified as per planned training arrangements of the Institute (see the ALLPI Mid-Term Reviewed Strategic Plan 2016–2025 interventions under Strategic Objective 1 (Activities 1.2 and 1.6)).
- To Upscale ALLPI’s experiences in successful accomplishment of Quality and Environment related projects (UNOPS-Switch Africa Green, TBT-REACH Compliance and Regional and National value chain strategies) to Member States and other beneficiaries (see the ALLPI Mid-Term Reviewed Strategic Plan 2016 – 2025, interventions under Strategic Objective (Activities 5.1 and 5.2).
