COMESA/LLPI and Makarare University Business School Signed MoU on November 12, 2014 at Makarare University Business School in Uganda.
The signing of the MoU was conducted in front of all conference participants that encompassed full professors from Makarare University, Mount Kenya University, Swaziland University, Tanzania, Edembra University, and others. The objective of the MoU is to create collaborative linkages for the development of the Regional leather sector.
Besides, Prof. Mekonen Hailemariam, on behalf of the Executive Director of LLPI, made a speech at the opening of the11th Annual Entrepreneurship Conference to more than 100 participants drawn from more than 10 countries. The speech was focused on COMESA/LLPI activities to develop the leather sector in the Region.
