• To upgrade integrated QMS based on ISO 9001:2015 and EMS based on ISO 14001:2015 and maintain the system through the ALLPI Strategic Plan (2016 – 2025).
  • To promote the importance of quality and cleaner production throughout the leather value chain, bi-yearly and on demand, as an integrated approach.
  • To conduct baseline survey on SME Clusters and Incubation Centers in Leather Sector in ALLPI Member States not covered in earlier similar activity.
  • To develop internal review system on complaints for service delivery to ALLPI Member States covering the period 2018.
  •  To continue building the capacity of the employees based on learned experience, through training at least once per year and on demand, regarding Quality and Environmental Management and on other trainings identified as per planned training arrangements of the Institute.
  • To Upscale ALLPI’s experiences in successful accomplishment of Quality and Environment related projects (UNOPS, TBT and Regional and National value chain strategies) to Member States and other beneficiaries.
