The COMESA/LLPI is holding a Workshop to be attended by Government, Private Sector and technical institutions who are involved in improving the performance of SMEs in the leather value chain. The objectives and expected outputs of the workshop are as follows:
Objectives of the Workshop/Meeting
- Develop the capacity of Member States on the designing, implementation , monitoring and evaluation on cluster development programmes;
- Develop mechanisms of implementing COMESA/LLPI activities at Member States Level;
- Promote cross learning systems across Member States;
- Strengthen COMESA/LLPI linkages and visibility at Member States Level
Expected Outputs/Results
- Improved capacity of Member States in the management of Cluster initiatives;
- Implementation plans at Member States level developed;
- M & E System developed and agreed upon
