Deloitte Representative Mr. Kedrock William Visited COMESA-LLPI on March 26th, 2014. This constitutes a follow-up of Mr. Keith C. Molkner, Director of Deloitte, visit to LLPI that took place on 22nd of January 2014.
The objective of Mr. Kedrock’s visit to LLPI was to discuss on possible collaborative activities on the development of the Regional Leather Sector.
Mr. Kedrock W. Made very pleasant and fruitful discussion with Executive Director of LLPI, Dr. Mwinyihija M., Leather Value Chain Expert, Prof. Mekonnen Hailemariam, and Information Systems Expert, Mr. Awlachew Sintie. He was briefed on the potentials and prospects of the Leather sector of Africa in General and the COMESA region in Particular.
During the briefing issues related to Regional and National Leather Strategies, Cluster Development and Market Potential of the leather sector in the COMESA Region were raised and thoroughly discussed.
